Its all systems go for 2014 cleanup

Its been a great week leading up to the cleanup. Our fundraising benefit gig at the Repbublic Bar was a resounding success with over $1500 dollars raised from the door takings and Modern Musicians generous Guitar raffle. Many thanks to the bands - The Dave Wilson Band, Liveley Up and Plantation who rocked the house and kept the patrons dancing late into the night.

Our Pozible crowd funding project has reached the $2000 goal with a week to go so we will be able to buy some equipment to monitor the beaches from the air and a beach cart to make the long rubbish drags a bit less of a mission.
